Shipping + Returns + Taxes/Duties

SHIPPING TO CANADA & USA
Please select the shipping option when completing your transaction and ground shipping within Canada and the continental USA will be included in your purchase price. Shipping within Canada and the US is by Canada Post and is a flat-rate.

SHIPPING TO THE UK, EUROPE & AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND
Please contact by email or text BEFORE completing your purchase for us to provide a shipping quote to you. We can then prepare a customized invoice for you which includes shipping to your destination.

LOCAL PICKUP
For pickup in Victoria, BC, Canada simply do not select the shipping option and we will reach out to arrange a pickup time with you once your order is completed.

RETURNS
We would be pleased to accept returns for 30 days from the date you receive your shipment. Return shipping costs are at customer’s expense and a refund for full sale price (not including original delivery) will be refunded within 48 hours of our receipt of the item in as-new condition.

TAXES - SALES WITHIN CANADA
All sales within Canada are subject to Federal GST (5%) and British Columbia PST (7%) on goods and shipping and will be calculated automatically at checkout.

TAXES - SALES OUTSIDE OF CANADA
Sales outside of Canada do not require us to charge Canadian Federal or Provincial taxes HOWEVER the purchaser is responsible for any/all import duties, federal, state or local taxes. Area Objects takes no responsibility for these charges.
